What is Experience Cloud?

Experience Cloud offers a simplified portal through which to manage support cases. With a user-friendly dashboard, you can now access real-time case updates and historical case tracking, ensuring better visibility and control over support interactions.

From troubleshooting new issues to tracking previous cases, Experience Cloud provides an all-in-one solution to enhance your support journey. The platform has been designed to enhance the speed and accuracy of issue resolution, allowing customers to accelerate support turnaround times.

How to access Experience Cloud

As a Redstor partner or customer, you will need to request login credentials by submitting a support ticket. Once authorised, you can then access the platform and take full advantage of its capabilities.

For the initial phase of the roll-out, support cases may also still be logged without credentials via two methods:

  • The Submit a Ticket button on the support page.
  • RIA (Redstor Instant Assistance), our AI-powered assistant available within the RedApp.

What happens to your existing support history?

Redstor understands the importance of maintaining a complete support case history. That’s why all previous support data will be migrated to Experience Cloud, ensuring continuity and easy access to past cases.

The migration process has been designed to ensure minimal disruption. Users can continue to access support in the usual ways as the transition takes place. Once it’s completed, all historical data will be fully integrated.
